Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Appify Visions Group LLC, a New York limited liability company (“Appify Visions”, “we”, “us”). They cover appifyvisions.com and the services we provide.

Your proposal or statement of work sets out the details of your project. If it conflicts with these terms, the proposal wins.

By using the site, accepting a proposal or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms. Use the site lawfully, and don’t try to break, overload or copy it. Prices on the site are starting points; your proposal has the final price.

Before we start, you get a written proposal with the scope, price, timeline and payment schedule.

Work outside the scope is quoted separately. Nothing extra is billed without your written approval.

You’ll give us content, access and feedback when we need them. If those arrive late, the timeline moves with them.

Prices are in US dollars. We bill through Stripe by card or bank transfer. We never see or store your full card number.

Invoices are due by the date shown on them. If a payment is more than 14 days late, we may pause work until it’s paid.

Sales tax is added where the law requires it.

Costs from other companies, such as domains, hosting, app store fees, software licenses and AI usage, are billed to you at cost or paid by you directly, unless your proposal includes them.

Care plans and monthly services, such as AI Search Visibility tracking, are billed monthly in advance. They renew automatically until you cancel.

Your plan lists what’s included. Anything beyond it is quoted separately.

Cancel anytime by email. The plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then stops.

Either of us can end a project with written notice. We stop work, you pay for the work finished up to that point, and we hand that work over.

Refunds follow our refund policy.

Once you’ve paid in full, you own the final work we make for you: the designs, code and content created for your project.

We keep the tools, code libraries and know-how we had before your project or use across clients. You get a permanent license to use them as part of your work.

Open-source and third-party parts stay under their own licenses.

We may show finished work in our portfolio. Tell us in writing if you’d rather we didn’t.

You confirm you have the rights to anything you give us, such as logos, text, photos and data. We use them only to deliver your project. If someone makes a claim about materials you gave us, you’re responsible for it.

AI can make mistakes. We test AI features on your real examples before launch and send uncertain cases to a person.

Check AI output before you rely on it for important decisions. You are responsible for those decisions.

We use model providers that don’t train on your data. Their own terms also apply.

We keep your non-public information private and use it only for your project. You do the same for ours.

We fix defects in our work that you report within 30 days of launch, at no cost.

We can’t guarantee business results, such as search rankings, AI citations, sales or app store approval.

Apart from what’s written here, our services are provided as is.

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Neither of us is liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data.

Projects often rely on other companies, such as hosting providers, app stores, payment processors and AI providers. Their terms apply, and we’re not responsible for their outages or decisions.

If something goes wrong, email support@appifyvisions.com first. Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank. We can usually fix it faster.

If we can’t settle it within 30 days, New York law applies. Either of us may take the claim to the state or federal courts in New York County, New York.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes don’t affect a proposal you’ve already signed.
